Care and Comfort/Updates

 

COVID Information: All tours are run within the local current Covid-19 guidelines. Care is taken to minimise risk of exposure and spread of Covid-19. When participants are on the site of a school or other organisation then the local Covid-19 management plan will be followed. All participants are required to inform the organisers if they become unwell during the tour so that precaution can be taken to protect themselves and other participants.

Costs: Accommodation, events,  transfers, tour dinner, and breakfast on both days are included and billed to your school, you are not required to make any payments of these during the tour. The hotel may ask for a credit card solely for mini-bar charges.

Van Allocation and Transfers: Participants will travel together between sites in 8 seater vans. Depending on the size of the group we may require additional local drivers. We may contact you to see if you are able to drive. We encourage you to move between vans so that you have the opportunity to get to know people from other schools. 

​
